Day three is when the real work gets done. Tearing up the brick sidewalk/driveway, switching from the original pipe to the new re-route.
The water was off for a few hours whils they put in the new pipe from water mefer into the house to hook up to the previously laid pipe.
When it was all over, we had a new hose bib inside the house, as well as a shut-off valve. That wojld have come in handy previously, when i was going outside every night to turn off the water to stop the horrendous leak.
