A couple weeks ago we took our catnapped kitty to the vet for a check-up. To our surprise and relief, Bugsy is not only not pregnant, he is not a girl! He is a neutered boy.
So along with the change in sex we decided to change the name also. We are sticking with his family name of Monet, but changed his first name from Bugsy to Banksy - Banksy Monet. He has the first name of a street artist and the last name of a fine artist.
Banksy is fitting in with our family SO well. We now let him out in the morning when Reykjavik and I go for a walk and he is usually waiting for us when we get back.
Today we decided to see what would happen if we left the door open while we are hanging out on the lanai. After going in and out MANY times, as if to make sure this freedom was real, he settled down in a chair out side right by Greg.
