We had stopped for awhile on the guest room, and we were going to hire professional help because the baseboards and where the walls meet the baseboard was in such bad shape. But with Trista's help, I regrouped and we decided to bite the bullet and take our hand at it. So here is Trista today with an exacto knife cutting off all the crappy old caulk with seven layers of paint over it. And I came behind her and filled in all the holes in the stucco wall. I learned to use a stuff called presto patch. This involves a bit of skill which I had to acquire quickly because the Presto patch cures in 5 minutes after you mix it up. Yes, 5 minutes..
