I have been freezing for the last couple days because of strong winds and this morning I am wearing long pants two shirts and a down vest (and socks which are virtually unheard of here) while walking Reykjavik. And I dont feel overdressed at all.
Then I look back at this photo taken on a winter walk in DUMBO, and I remember what real cold is.
